How Our Delivery Service Works
Europe shipping (3-5 days )
Shipping will include vat and shipping. Price of shipping is final and does not require additional customs fee or vat. Shipping time is excluding the 1-3 processing time for each order
EXPRESS UK SHIPPING ( 1-3 WORKING DAYS )
We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service. Our sea moss gel is produced daily for freshness, so please allow 2 days (excluding weekends) delivery window (1 day processing plus 1 day shipping). Please note, orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be shipped on a Monday.
No need to worry about shipping cost as we offer express tracked fast delivery service.
Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments. If any errors are made by the customer or missed deliveries there will be a £5 redelivery charge and no refund will be issued.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.
Please ensure someone is able to receive your order. We do not recommend for you to change your delivery status (deliver to neighbour/change delivery date) once your item has been shipped, as we cannot guarantee that our couriers will action your request and we will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries.
We take missing item claims very seriously. Every order is carefully packed, photographed, and video recorded before sealing to ensure accuracy and quality. Our detailed records allow us to quickly resolve any issues and confirm that all items are included as ordered. If you believe something is missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can review our packing records and assist you promptly.
