If you have any issues or concerns with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests or address issues brought to our attention after this 7-day period, except in cases where the product is found to be defective or does not meet the standards described at the time of purchase.
All items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To process any claims, we require proof of the damages, including photographs of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in. Failure to provide this proof will result in no refunds or replacements being issued.
